Program Manager (Residential)

About the role
This position is responsible for overseeing and leading the day-to-day operations at our Intensive Residential Treatment Facility. We are committed to providing person-centered and trauma-informed care to our residents in a safe and welcoming environment. The Program Manager provides support, development, and leadership to all program staff and supervisors, while managing external changes that impact service delivery, financial structure, integration, and expansion opportunities. This role serves on the organization's Clinical Operations Team to advance the mission and vision of the agency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Intensive Residential Treatment Facility
- Provide leadership, support, and development to program staff and supervisors
- Manage external changes affecting service delivery, financial structure, integration, and expansion
- Serve on the Clinical Operations Team to advance the agency’s mission and vision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Non-profit Management, or Social Work
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Must not be actively receiving services from Guild Incorporated and must not have received services within the last two years
- Ability to pass a MN Department of Human Services background check
- Valid Class ‘D’ Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, satisfactory driving record, and necessary insurance
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in the Behavioral Sciences (preferred)
- License as an independent mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) (preferred)

Pay
The salary range for this position is between $78,185 - $94,770 annually. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s professional experience, skills, and relevant education, training, and certifications.
