Program Manager – Remote – Minimum Public Trust (NACI) clearance
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage timekeeping accuracy, staffing, and cross-training coverage for the contract team.
- Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, review, retrospective, PI planning) and enforce Azure DevOps discipline for backlog, velocity, and burndown reporting.
- Own delivery of the Project Management Plan, Monthly Status Reports, Roadmap, Risk Management Plan, Cross-Training Plan, and Quarterly Capacity Planning Report.
- Serve as the single point of contact between OM Group and the Government COR/PM; escalate issues and coordinate corrective action plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years of Agile Program Management experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting Primary USACE AISs.
- Five (5) years of directly relatable program/project management experience.
- Ten (10) years of demonstrable management experience.
- Master’s degree in a STEM field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.
Pay
Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $140,000 to $160,000.
