Program Manager, Quality Data & Testing Lead, BPR: Supply Chain

Job Description

The Quality Data Lead at Apple will serve as a vital link between the PMO, Privacy Legal team, test automation functions, and various business partners to ensure compliance with global data privacy initiatives. This role focuses on integrating business requirements with systems architecture and managing the end-to-end quality strategy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced compliance environment and will be responsible for driving alignment across technology and business teams. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional program or portfolio management within a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment.
• Experience in data privacy regulations such as GDPR, PIPL, and CCPA.
• Proven ability to drive alignment on scope, schedule, and resourcing across technology and business teams.
• Strong experience in data privacy regulations with demonstrated partnership with Legal, Privacy, or Regulatory teams.
• Experience with SAP, retail, and fulfillment systems is preferred.
• Certifications in Worksoft or other test automation tools.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred and Certified Scrum Master.
• 7+ years managing system integration testing or user acceptance testing for complex, highly integrated programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead data privacy and compliance solutions.
• Oversee program governance and delivery.
• Develop and execute testing strategies.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment.
• Translate complex regulatory and legal requirements into actionable data privacy requirements.
• Drive end-to-end test strategy with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Legal and Privacy teams to ensure clarity and accountability across the program.
• Manage competing priorities across Legal, business, and technical stakeholders.
