Supply Chain Program Manager, Product Workstream Lead
About the role
Drive the future of global operations as the Supply Chain Technical Program Manager leading our Product, Quality, and NPI digital transformation in Global Supply Chain Operations. In this highly visible role, you will architect the Product Dimension workstream for our enterprise SAP implementation, directly partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Data Engineering teams to deliver unified capabilities that accelerate time-to-market.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Product Dimension workstream for the enterprise SAP implementation, securing cross-functional alignment on requirements, critical dependencies, and design decisions to ensure an on-time, successful system go-live.
- Own core product data architecture, directing the strategy and deployment readiness for product master data, engineering Bill of Materials (BOM), complex configurations, and SKU lifecycle management to establish high-integrity data continuity across the supply chain.
- Partner with Quality Engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to translate business-critical quality management and manufacturing test operations into scalable, standardized ERP workflows.
- Manage program governance, overseeing risk mitigation strategies, tracking key milestone KPIs, and spearheading design reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration validation, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure operational readiness.
Requirements
- ERP & PLM Program Leadership: Comprehensive expertise leading enterprise-level SAP implementations (such as S/4HANA) or major PLM transformations as a technical program manager or workstream lead.
- Hardware Operations & NPI Expertise: Deep technical understanding of manufacturing engineering, product quality systems, manufacturing test operations, and managing complex Bill of Materials (BOM) within Configure-to-Order (CTO) high-tech hardware environments.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions while driving execution and accountability across global, matrixed engineering and supply chain teams.
- Program Governance & Deployment: Mastery of project management methodologies required to lead technical workshops, coordinate rigorous data migration testing, orchestrate UAT, and mitigate deployment risks for large-scale system integrations.
Qualifications
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
