Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned key accounts and programs.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes for program delivery, reporting, and performance benchmarking.
- Own execution outcomes across assigned programs, including delivery timelines, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure program success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and communicate them to the internal sales team.
- Prepare and deliver clear documentation and reporting for clients and internal teams.
- Forecast material, logistics, labor, and financial needs; ensure alignment across internal teams.
- Ownt program-level financial performance, including margin management, forecasting, cost control, and billing accuracy.
- Use data analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage vendor performance during project execution, including issue resolution and escalation, while partnering with Vendor Operations leadership on vendor selection, availability, and long-term performance management.
Qualifications
- Ace or bachelor’s degree.
- PMP or CAPM certification required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing programs or projects in construction or electrical industry.
- Approximately 10-20% travel is required.
