Program Manager - Perinatal Services

About the role

The Program Manager Perinatal Services leads the development and implementation of perinatal nursing initiatives, collaborating with clinical leaders to promote evidence-based practices, standardization, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and tactical plans for perinatal services
• Promote perinatal initiatives and serve as a resource for clinical problem-solving
• Improve patient safety and outcomes through data-driven quality improvement projects
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop project schedules and documentation
• Provide leadership and training to staff
• Standardize Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) procedures
• Facilitate effective communication across teams
• Oversee educational programs and resource utilization
• Collaborate on training needs and educational material development

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 5+ years of clinical perinatal experience
• Active RN licensure
• Certifications in Obstetric and Neonatal Quality and Safety (ONQS) and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (C-EFM) required within six months of hire
• Knowledge of clinical care and healthcare technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
