Program Manager - Pediatrics Central Administration - Endocrinology

Position Summary

The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic, operational direction and oversight of the clinical program work of the Endocrinology division which may be performed at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and other clinic locations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Captures, manages, designs, implements, and evaluates, with analysis of data/metrics, the Endocrinology division clinical program and as assigned.
• May supervise multiple staff members in designated program.
• Serves as a liaison with key Medical school and departmental partners to identify opportunities for collaboration/relationship-building.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Job Location/Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
• Ability to travel to various on and off campus locations.
• Physical Effort: Typically sitting at a desk or table; Repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
• Equipment: Office equipment.

Education

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree.
