About the Role

The Program Manager Outpatient will be responsible for managing outpatient programs, ensuring high-quality care, and fostering positive relationships with patients, residents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative tasks like scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage daily operations of outpatient programs, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain a Therapist/Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements.
