As a Program Manager, you'll work with a large cross-functional team focused on supporting our enterprise strategic plan. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is invigorated by balancing multiple tasks in parallel, strives to meet high standards, and seeks to consistently raise the bar on both team interaction and project delivery to make an impact across the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field, or 4 years in Program Management or leadership experience in healthcare facility.
  • 2 years experience with program management or healthcare management.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in healthcare marketing.
  • 2 years Communication and Marketing experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $44.35 - $68.86 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full time, Day shift.
