This position is onsite in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Monitor program performance, track milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
- Manage dependencies across projects and ensure seamless coordination among teams.
- Facilitate planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 7 to 8 years of experience in managing complex programs and cross-functional projects.
- Strong experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple workstreams.
- Expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Experience in budget management, resource planning, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of project governance and risk management frameworks.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in Tampa, FL is $86,129 to $127,189. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
