Program Manager, Operations Support
Position Summary
The Associate I, Operations Support, supports new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites. This position operates under the direct guidance of a Senior Team member, with more than 50% of oversight and mentorship provided to ensure success.
Skills & Abilities
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Partner with team members to build capability and ensure continuity.
- Other Duties:
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Support overall stabilization objectives within the operations support team.
- Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated proficiency in knowledge of applicable WMS systems
- Language Skills:
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Other:
- Strong attention to detail accuracy
- Good organizational and personnel skills
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation
- Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.
Physical Demands
- Frequently – Sitting / Bending / Walking and Standing
- Ability to Lift/Carry and Push/Pull: 21-50 pounds, Reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, reach, and climb. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for several hours per day to perform required job duties as required by the nature of the business that is supported.
- Must be able to travel by plane and/or automobile.
Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee rarely is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Pay Range
The expected base pay range is $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
