Program Manager, Operations Support
About the role
The Associate I, Operations Support, supports new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites. This position operates under the direct guidance of a Senior Team member, with more than 50% of oversight and mentorship provided to ensure success. High Travel Role - 80% range.
Responsibilities
- Partners with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans.
- Participates in performance improvement and crisis management support.
- Attends operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates.
- Partner in hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches.
- Helps manage UAT and volume stress testing.
- Serves in flexible operational support capacities to maintain continuity during hiring gaps or backfill transitions.
- Engages in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to gain experience and contribute to successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
Qualifications
- Partner with team members to build capability and ensure continuity.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, and Power Point).
- Demonstrated proficiency in knowledge of applicable WMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy.
- Good organizational and personnel skills.
- Good communication skills, written and oral.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation.
- Able to work in a construction environment.

Pay
The expected base pay range is $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
Schedule
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by the operation.
