Program Manager, Operations Enablement

About the role

The Program Manager, Operations Enablement will develop and lead the Operations onboarding program across teams, ensuring new hires gain a strong understanding of products, processes, and tools. This role is pivotal in scaling knowledge and expertise as the Operations team expands.

Responsibilities

• Build the Operations enablement function from the ground up
• Lead onboarding training sessions to ensure an engaging experience for new hires
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to identify enablement needs and skill gaps
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials, including presentations and interactive exercises
• Customize content for different roles and segments with a focus on operator perspective
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics and refine methods accordingly
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to reinforce learning and promote continuous improvement
• Serve as a primary onboarding trainer and representative of the team
• Foster a learning culture by building relationships across the organization

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, enablement, or related fields, focusing on onboarding or skills development
• Passion for teaching and strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience delivering engaging training both virtually and in person
• Deep understanding of products, tools, and processes relevant to the role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and adaptable mindset capable of managing ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Experience scaling enablement in early-stage companies (considered a plus)
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools (considered a plus)
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills (considered a plus)

Pay

Estimated compensation range is $130,000 to $150,000 USD.
