Program Manager, Operations
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Operations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will support operational planning and coordination across product-facing teams, helping ensure programs, priorities, and executional workflows stay aligned. The Program Manager will work closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, engineering partners, and administrative support to maintain visibility into objectives and drive cross-functional organization-wide communication. This position is well suited for someone who can strengthen operating models, track progress against goals, and improve how teams plan and work together in a fast-moving environment. Location: Los Gatos, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Support Product Directors and Product Managers with annual planning processes
- Track and manage OKRs, ensuring team objectives remain a focus
- Centralize and maintain visibility of information for product teams
- Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows and support change management
- Collaborate closely with engineering TPM partners and administrative assistants
Qualifications
- 4+ years of program management experience in a product setting
- Proven history of enhancing operating models across business areas
- Strong communication skills for articulating concepts organization-wide
- Familiarity with various project management and product development tools
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships

Pay
Compensation: $290,000 – $460,000 annually
