(Overview & Key Responsibilities)
- Lead and support the development of enterprise partnerships: Evaluate, structure, and advance strategic partnerships that drive revenue, enhance the customer experience, and support long-term growth.
- Evaluate new partnership opportunities: Through financial modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional alignment, assess opportunities holistically, balancing commercial outcomes with operational feasibility, brand alignment, and customer impact.
- Support intake and prioritization: Develop frameworks for partnership evaluation, governance, and portfolio prioritization across Marketing & Product.
- Develop and apply frameworks: Build financial models and business cases to assess partnership economics and inform investment decisions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders: Drive alignment and execution with internal stakeholders across Marketing & Product, Loyalty, Corporate Development, and Strategy.
- Track and monitor partnership performance: Identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
What You Need To Succeed
(Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience: In consulting, investment banking, corporate development, enterprise strategy, or related fields.
- Financial modeling and analytical skills: Strong experience evaluating complex business cases.
- Stakeholder experience: Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and problem-solving skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prioritization and security: Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Age and authorization: At least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

- Ecosystem familiarity: Familiarity with airline, travel, technology, media, or loyalty ecosystems.

- Structured and analytical mindset: Structured, analytical mindset with strong business judgment.
- Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
