About the role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Strategic Accounts to lead complex D365 programs, manage executive relationships, support account growth, and contribute to solution strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience, proven executive presence, C-level stakeholder experience, and the ability to help shape practical business and technology solutions.
Essential Functions
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs and strategic client engagements.
- Engage directly with C-level executives, senior leaders, and client decision-makers.
- Help shape solution approaches by understanding business needs, operational challenges, and technology priorities.
- Partner with solution architects, functional teams, technical teams, sales, and account management to define practical D365 solutions.
- Manage program governance, timelines, risks, issues, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead steering committees, executive reviews, discovery discussions, and program status meetings.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposal inputs, delivery approach, estimation support, and solution positioning.
- Drive alignment between client priorities, solution strategy, and delivery execution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, process improvement, and technology adoption.
- Manage escalations, client expectations, and cross-functional delivery priorities.
- Support programs in retail, supply chain, commerce, order management, inventory, or related industries.
- Ensure delivery quality, business value, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, delivery leadership, consulting, or enterprise technology programs.
- Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs or large enterprise business application programs.
- Proven experience working directly with C-level executives and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to manage senior client relationships, lead executive governance meetings, and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to contribute to solution strategy, business process discussions, and technology recommendations.
- Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle, managed services, risks, scope, and delivery governance.
- Experience supporting strategic accounts, account growth, pre-sales discussions, or deal strategy.
- Experience leading governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting.
- Experience with retail, supply chain, commerce, order management, inventory, or related business processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite in New Hampshire or travel 50–75% as needed.
