About the role

Precision AQ is seeking a Program Manager to play a critical leadership role in the successful delivery of medical communications programs. The Program Manager will partner closely with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain operational excellence, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows that ensure successful execution of client programs.
  • Serve as a vital operational partner to Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors/Managers, providing visibility into timelines, milestones, resource needs, financial performance, and project status.
  • Oversee project workflows, coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes, manage project documentation, and support financial tracking and invoicing activities.
  • Act as a primary client contact for project status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications while ensuring compliance with relevant client and industry requirements.
  • Manage program logistics, coordinate vendor activities, and provide guidance and support to Program Coordinators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
