About the role

The manager oversees the operation of the residential program serving adults with acquired or traumatic brain injury. Duties include staffing, resident services, ranch operations, financial performance, public relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant licenses, certifications, health, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and managing the residential program
• Providing resident services
• Managing ranch operations
• Ensuring financial performance

• Ensuring compliance with all licensure, certification, health, and safety requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field from an accredited school preferred
• Valid California Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
• Certification in the Management of Assaultive Behavior
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Criminal clearance from the Department of Justice before employment or initial presence in the facility
• Obtain an Administrator Certificate for Community Care Licensing Adult Residential Facilities within 6 months of hire
