Position Overview

The LIFT and REMix Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the Learning Inspiring Families Together (LIFT) program and the Relationship Education in the Mix (REMix) program, ensuring high-quality delivery of parenting education, case management, community resource navigation, and early learning experiences for Philadelphia families.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support program staff, including community health workers, case managers/facilitators, and early learning specialists.
  • Oversee participant recruitment, intake, goal setting, and program enrollment processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leadership at community organizations, public agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, funder, and program requirements, including data management.

  • Coordinate and manage both in-person and virtual class schedules, maintaining fidelity to the evidence-informed curriculum and adapting delivery as needed.
  • Monitor program performance and participant progress to ensure quality service delivery and achievement of program goals.
  • Lead outreach and marketing efforts to maintain program visibility and participant engagement.
  • Create and manage program schedules, record-keeping, and outcome/evaluation reporting for all assigned sites and initiatives.
  • Review client/program paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely data submission.
  • Prepare and submit program reports, documentation, and grant deliverables as required.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and support peer-to-peer learning among staff.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions, team meetings, and staff meetings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with funders, partners, and project staff to ensure effective communication and efficient program implementation.
  • Participate in grant writing and program development efforts as requested.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility coupled with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple assignments and complete directives and meet deadlines as required.
  • Comfortable working with adults in low-income communities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of issues related to early learning child development, family life skills, trauma-informed care, healthy relationships, and healthy parenting.
  • Proficiency with using email and MS Office applications to communicate information with team members.
  • Child abuse, criminal history, and FBI clearances.
  • Knowledge of public health theories, principles, and practices.
  • Maintains integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse families and promoting healthy parenting and family relationships.

Experience

  • At least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in family services, early childhood, or a similar setting.
  • Experience successfully coordinating community events with multiple stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, psychology, or related field required.
