Program Manager (Japanese Speaking)

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our client's Application Security organization by coordinating strategic programs that improve engineering operations and application security processes. This role will partner closely with PMO teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution, manage risks, facilitate program governance, and deliver key initiatives. Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Application Security organization by coordinating the Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs.
• Lead recurring team meetings and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Create and maintain project documentation and program artifacts.
• Track progress, risks, blockers, milestones, and key results (KRs).
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate change management initiatives across multiple teams.
• Analyze program data using SQL and/or IQL to support reporting and decision making.
• Independently identify problems, research solutions, and drive rapid iterative improvements.

Requirements

• Japanese language proficiency
• 8-10 years of experience
• Strong program or project management experience
• Experience working with PMO teams
• Experience tracking progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs)
• Strong SQL and/or IQL skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
