Program Manager IT Centralization

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution, milestones, and vendor/system integrator deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain effective communication across project teams.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC/Agile methodologies, security, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
• Manage vendor performance, issue resolution, and organizational change management activities.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 8+ years managing complex IT development projects.
• 5+ years applying PMI PMBOK methodologies.
• Experience leading organizational change management initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare or public sector technology project management experience.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and vendor management.
• Experience with SDLC/Agile, system integration, data migration, QA/QC, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
