Program Manager & Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Source leading speakers and attendees to ensure that all key industry influencers are represented.
• Schedule and lead in-person and virtual meetings with speakers.
• Connect with clients face to face and build in-person rapport with investors.
• Secure investor thought leadership to couple with client strategies.
• Curate exclusive peer-to-peer educational programs at each conference.
• Write, research, and edit conference agendas and supporting marketing content.
• Partner with graphic design to create and update conference materials.
• Onsite conference management including attendee registration, managing vendors, and event setup.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage their time to meet tight deadlines.
• Desire to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay

$60k - $100k base with uncapped commissions.
