About the role
Paramount Skydance Corporation is seeking a Manager to join the IR team. This individual will play a key role assisting in the day-to-day execution of IR activities during a transformative time for Paramount and the rapidly evolving entertainment marketplace. This position reports to the SVP, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance and involves collaboration with the broader finance, accounting, communications, and legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and execution of quarterly earnings materials, conference presentations, management briefings, and other relevant public company communications
- Develop and maintain collateral that enables broader tracking and analysis across relevant areas, including reporting for senior leadership (e.g., financial estimates, sell-side research coverage, competitive tracking and benchmarking, shareholder ownership activity, etc.)
- Develop strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational, and financial developments at Paramount, as well as the broader media, entertainment, and tech sectors
- Possess strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements, financial and industry models, and capital markets dynamics
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of external financial messaging
- Assist in planning and executing investor events (e.g. investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, etc.)
- Manage additional strategic projects across finance, with an appetite to contribute beyond core responsibilities
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of relevant experience across sell-side or buy-side equity research, asset management, investment banking, and/or private equity
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements, financial and industry models, and capital markets dynamics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing polished, executive-ready materials
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and manage demanding timelines around key operating cycles
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in the media, entertainment, and/or technology sectors
- Familiarity with financial tools and platforms such as CapIQ, Visible Alpha, etc.
- CFA designation (or progress toward)

- Hiring Salary Range: $124,000.00 - 186,000.00
