Program Manager - Industrial

About the role

You will drive strategic initiatives and new product development efforts within our Industrial Business Unit, taking projects from concept to market. This highly visible role serves as an executive-level project manager, partnering with leadership and coordinating across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Product Management. You will lead cross-functional teams, establish timelines, manage priorities, and ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Success requires exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills. You will engage with internal stakeholders, customers, and business leaders while balancing competing priorities and influencing without direct authority. In your first few months, you will learn how our business operates, build relationships across the organization, and become familiar with our product development process. Afterward, you will take ownership of key industrial programs and deliver strategic initiatives that support business growth.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience in project management, particularly in new product development or strategic initiatives.
• Passion for execution and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Pay

Competitive base salary in the range of $98,221 to $122,776, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
