Program Manager III - Murtha Cancer Center Research Program
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. The posting includes: About the role? It has description paragraphs. Could treat as "About the role". Responsibilities: list. Qualifications: includes Education and Experience, Supervisory Responsibilities, Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, Licenses and Certifications. Could combine into Qualifications and Skills sections. But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. The posting includes "Qualifications" heading with subparts. Also "Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities" could be Skills. Also "Licenses and Certifications" maybe part of Qualifications. We'll decide. We need to include Pay: compensation section present: "Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $93,100 - $130,000." So Pay section. Benefits: present: "Benefits HJF offers a comprehensive suite of benefits..." So Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add heading for title. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we should remove that. Also "Any qualifications to be considered as equivalents..." appears twice; we should keep only once? It's duplicated; we should remove duplicate lines. Also "Employment with HJF is contingent upon successful completion of a background check..." that's substantive? It's about employment contingency; maybe keep? It's not boilerplate? It's a condition; could be considered part of Qualifications? Might be considered generic but it's specific to hiring. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The background check statement is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered legal; but it's part of job posting. I'd keep it as part of Qualifications or maybe a separate section? There's no specific heading for that; we could incorporate into Qualifications as a note. But we must not invent sections; we can put it in a
under Qualifications. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list should be
- . Benefits list? The benefits description is prose; not a list. Could keep as
. If we want to list benefits, but not given as list; it's prose. So keep as
. Qualifications: we have Education and Experience, Supervisory Responsibilities, Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, Licenses and Certifications. Could structure as
- each? But some are paragraphs. Might be better to use
for prose and
- for lists within. For example, Education and Experience: "Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Business Administration or Life Sciences field of study preferred.Minimum of 9-10 years experience required." That's prose. Supervisory Responsibilities: list of items; could be
- . Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: list of items; could be
- . Licenses and Certifications: "Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred." That's prose.
We also have "This position may require U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a T3/Secret Clearance." That's part of Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities? Actually appears after that list. Could include in Skills.
We'll create sections:
About the role
with paragraphs describing role.Responsibilities
with- each duty.
Qualifications
with subparts: maybe we can keep asfor Education and Experience, then
- for Supervisory Responsibilities, then
- for Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, then
for Licenses and Certifications, plus note about citizenship/clearance and background check. But we must not create thin sections; we have Qualifications and maybe Skills separate? The instruction says use headings for Skills as well. Could split Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities into Skills section. But then Qualifications would contain Education, Experience, Supervisory Responsibilities, Licenses/Certs. Skills would contain abilities. That seems reasonable. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Check if any content for Skills: Yes, "Ability to communicate clearly, work well with others, identify and resolve problems, and deliver results as a team.Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines.Working knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, proposal/project tracking, and data analysis software.Experience writing Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and protocols. This position may require U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a T3/Secret Clearance." That's skills. Qualifications: Education and Experience, Supervisory Responsibilities, Licenses and Certifications (PMP preferred). Also maybe the background check statement? Could be part of Qualifications? It's about employment contingency; maybe we can put under Qualifications as a note. We'll avoid duplication: The line "Any qualifications to be considered as equivalents, in lieu of stated minimums, require the prior approval of the Chief Human Resources Officer." appears twice; we will include once. We'll remove EEO boilerplate at end. Now craft HTML. We'll need to ensure proper nesting. Let's draft:
