Program Manager III - Cell Lab (GMP)

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager III - Cell Lab (GMP) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee program and project execution within a regulated laboratory environment, ensuring client commitments are met on time, on budget, and in alignment with quality expectations. The position will coordinate closely with clients, business development, and internal project teams to keep priorities aligned and risks managed. It is well suited for someone who can balance scientific understanding, financial accountability, and strong cross-functional communication in a fast-paced biotech setting. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of program objectives Coordinate and oversee program and project status, timelines, and budgets Facilitate communication between clients, business development, and project teams Evaluate and escalate project risks while soliciting feedback Establish project status trackers and ensure deliverables are met Manage contract processes and drive new opportunities from existing clients Provide training and support to junior program managers Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification 7+ years of experience in project management or a related field Strong science and/or business acumen Demonstrated experience in FTE project management with financial responsibilities Thorough knowledge of GMP regulations preferred Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills Proven analytical and negotiation skills Benefits Fully remote work opportunity Supportive work environment promoting health and wellbeing Opportunity for professional development and training Engagement with diverse teams and clients Potential for travel opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
