Program Manager II - Retail Wireless Communications
Job Duties And Responsibilities

The successful candidate will navigate complex organizational changes to identify and mitigate downstream impacts. By serving as a central hub for information, this individual will solve communication bottlenecks and ensure that every stakeholder has a clear, data-driven understanding of the roadmap and its outcomes.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
- Actionable communications translated from high-level strategic decisions made during senior executive meetings
- Proactive identification and communication of downstream impacts during large-scale organizational changes to ensure business continuity
- Critical data sourced from cross-functional teams to track roadmaps, program outcomes, and departmental performance against established OKRs
- Streamlined information flow through managed internal distribution networks ensuring project updates are pushed with high accuracy and speed
- Complex programmatic data synthesized into clear, digestible reports that provide a holistic view of the business two to three years into the future
- Generative AI tools leveraged to automate the summarization of meeting notes and draft communication templates to increase the velocity of information sharing

- AI Literacy and the ability to apply AI-driven productivity tools to enhance data interpretation and streamline repetitive communication tasks
- Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, or corporate communications
- Required Technical Skills: Experience managing enterprise-level email distribution lists and communication platforms Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations Advanced Microsoft Excel for roadmap tracking
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
