Global Logistics is seeking qualified candidates to join our Exports Supply Chain Design team. Amazon reaches customers around the globe on all seven continents and enables Sellers to ship cross border using innovative supply chain solutions. The Supply Chain Design team is looking for individuals who want to help ensure a fast, cost-effective solution to delivering freight across the globe.

About the role

In this role, the successful candidate will understand Amazon’s Cross Border Transportation Network, design and manage integrating third-party carriers into the Amazon network. A successful candidate will engage multiple cross-functional teams, convert business needs into technical requirements, design the supply chain, influence project prioritization, and manage end-to-end carrier deployment projects. This role does not require the ability to write technical code, however, communicating with technical teams will be critical.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project ownership
  • Follow best practices for carrier onboarding/deployment
  • Launch and ramp the supply chain solution
  • Monitor performance through metrics
  • Communicate project status updates to leadership
  • Stabilize operations
  • Transition the program to operations
  • Write and manage a detailed project plan, drive implementation of the plan, and ensure adequate testing is done throughout the process
  • Use data and analysis tools to determine and drive improvements, including standard deviation fundamentals and graphical data presentation models

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

Pay

  • USA, TN, Nashville: $66,800.00 - $116,800.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Bellevue: $82,700.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
