Program Manager, Global Logistics Exports Supply Chain Design

We are seeking a Program Manager to join the Global Logistics (GL) Exports Supply Chain Design team. In this role, you will help create a best-in-class transportation network for Amazon's cross-border B2C shipments from North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop data visualizations and analytical models to facilitate cross-functional decision-making
• Lead design and execution of business analytics for forecasting
• Analyze large datasets to optimize key processes and drive improvements in cost, speed, and capacity
• Partner with data engineering teams to improve data assets, quality, metrics, and insights
• Identify opportunities for deep dive investigations and future program development
• Prioritize multiple high-level projects to improve network capacity and forecast accuracy
• Derive actionable recommendations from complex analyses
• Communicate analytical insights and business implications to senior leadership
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, focusing on team interactions

About the role

In this role, you will lead initiatives to ensure short and long-term capacity throughout the supply chain can meet projected demand, supporting our fast-growing Exports business. You will own building dashboards to provide visibility for the launch team and provide insights to the leadership team.

A typical day includes reviewing key performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional partners, building data visualization dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, preparing presentations for senior leadership, and working with data engineering teams to improve data quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full-time experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
• Experience using Microsoft Projects software
• Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams

Pay

• USA, TN, Nashville: $50,100.00 - $87,600.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Bellevue: $80,200.00 - $97,400.00 USD annually

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
