Program Manager II
Objectives of this role
Conduct detailed business process mapping and documentation, emphasizing automation opportunities and AI/agent-based enablement. Translate business process insights into structured requirements, decision points, and inputs that support automation and AI-driven solutions. Design and recommend optimized processes and workflows that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer and employee experiences. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on process changes and implement process improvement initiatives. Evaluate end-to-end processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Support the design of scalable, repeatable business processes that enable automation and intelligent workflow execution. Facilitate stakeholder alignment and adoption of process improvements through effective communication and influence. Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements based on performance outcomes and business needs. Contribute to the development and refinement of processes, systems, and automation-enabled products.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related field
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process modeling techniques
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and design AI-ready processes
- Analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate complex workflows, data, and business needs
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured process designs, decision logic, and implementation recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience managing multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
To have a competitive edge, you should have:
- Experience supporting automation, intelligent workflows, or AI-enabled solutions
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience partnering with product, technology, and operations teams to implement process enhancements
- Experience identifying decision logic and requirements that support automation and AI-driven solutions
