Program Manager II
About the role
Manage day-to-day operations for third-party (3P) retail repair & maintenance programs and warehouse/supply fulfillment across North America. Oversee warehouse vendors, service providers, and 3PL partners to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational performance. Drive process improvements by developing SOPs, training documentation, and scalable operational workflows. Monitor KPIs, inventory accuracy, corrective actions, and audit readiness while resolving operational escalations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Physical Merchandising, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to support new product launches and retail initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse vendors, service providers, and 3PL partners to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational performance.
- Drive process improvements by developing SOPs, training documentation, and scalable operational workflows.
- Monitor KPIs, inventory accuracy, corrective actions, and audit readiness while resolving operational escalations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Physical Merchandising, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and logistics partners to support new product launches and retail initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Program or Project Management in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
- 3+ years managing repair & maintenance, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or 3PL operations
- Experience supporting big-box retail, retail field operations, or multi-site retail environments
- Strong Vendor Management (RFPs, SLAs, contracts, scorecards, escalations, service reviews)
- Experience managing warehouse operations and material flow
- Process improvement and operational excellence
- KPI tracking, reporting, and performance management
- SOP creation and operational documentation
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada
- Ability to work PST/CST business hours

- Consumer electronics industry experience
- Technology retail experience
- Six Sigma certification
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting retail product launches or retail refresh programs
- OPEX planning experience
