About the Role
The Senior Program Coordinator supports the Special Envoy for Best Future Generations (BFG) by managing complex, high-level diplomatic initiatives at the intersection of advanced technology and international policy. This role serves as the central coordination point for multi-stakeholder partnerships involving U.S. government agencies, foreign governments, and the private sector to drive Presidential priorities regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI), global education, and child online safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-level coordination across U.S. government agencies (including the White House), foreign governments, and international organizations to execute global convenings
- Facilitate and manage public-private partnerships with technology companies to drive international adoption of educational innovation and child protection frameworks
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up for senior-level diplomatic events and international summits (e.g., G7, G20, UNGA, and bilateral summits)
- Develop and maintain rigorous tracking systems for coalition member commitments, technology partnerships, and implementation milestones across multiple geographic regions
- Support travel and event execution for senior officials, maintaining comprehensive records of coordination activities and partnership agreements
- Monitor implementation of technology deployments to identify coordination bottlenecks and propose solutions to ensure seamless execution
- Deliverables Coordination plans and stakeholder engagement matrices for bilateral and multi-stakeholder moments
- Comprehensive bi-weekly reports and tracking systems for international commitments and technology partnership milestones
- Agendas, participant lists, logistics plans, and after-action reports for major global convenings
- Meeting summaries, action item trackers (within 48 hours), decision memos, and coordination papers as requested

- Deep expertise in foreign affairs and international relationship management with senior-level officials
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country initiatives and maintain high-visibility programs

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation for this position is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 (annualized USD).
Pay
$100,000.00 to $110,000.00 (annualized USD)
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Requires flexibility for early morning and evening engagements and potential international travel. Consistent onsite presence is required to support high-level convenings and diplomatic meetings. Telework is eligible only per Department policy and supervisor approval.
