About the role
Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Program Manager supporting its Manufacturing Design organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys driving projects from planning through execution while partnering closely with engineering and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and track qualification status for part-level production within the Manufacturing Design team.
- Build strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify priorities, identify risks, and drive alignment.
- Keep managers and key stakeholders informed of project progress, schedule changes, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead project meetings with cross-functional teams to facilitate discussions, solve problems, and drive projects to completion.
- Cook up and coordinate multiple workstreams while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret project data to provide actionable insights that support program strategy and decision-making.
- Monitor project health, identify risks early, and proactively recommend solutions.
- Support effective communication across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience.
- Experience working with engineering or technical teams and the ability to understand technical terminology.
- Proven project management experience, including communication planning, goal setting, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience working with and analyzing large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, and Keynote.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and concurrent workstreams across geographically distributed teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data and provide meaningful insights that inform program and project strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled at influencing and driving results through cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing, hardware engineering, or new product introduction (NPI) programs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, engineering program management, or supply chain processes is a plus.
