Program Manager I
Key Responsibilities
- Drive hardware sales to meet annual goals for the assigned product line.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to capture new defense contracts.
- Cultivate strong relationships and serve as the primary interface with the customer.
- Lead proposal efforts, bid and proposal (B&P) activities, and contract negotiations.
- Lead program reviews, phases reviews, and resolve complex issues.
- Identify capability gaps in the defense market and drive the development of innovative, mission-critical hardware solutions.
- Guide the hardware product roadmap from concept through production.
- Possess 6+ years’ experience of managing projects as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Possess strong communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of BAE Systems senior management regarding program performance status.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree.
- U.S Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Current security clearance or capable of obtaining a security clearance.
- Project Management, Operations Program Management, or Project Engineering Management experience.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Master’s degree preferred.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120,874 - $205,486
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
