Program Manager - Health Portfolio
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Supervisory Responsibilities, Position Objective, Duties And Responsibilities (with subcategories: General duties, Personnel-related Duties, Reporting Duties, Business Development Duties). No explicit Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should include sections for which we have content: maybe "About the role" (Position Objective?), "Responsibilities" (the duties). Could also have "Supervisory Responsibilities" as part of responsibilities. We need to map content to headings. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose headings that match content. We have Position Objective and Supervisory Responsibilities; we could combine under "About the role". Then duties under "Responsibilities". No other sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the text from the posting, but we can format as
paragraphs and
- for lists. We need to decide how to break up the duties into list items. The posting has many sentences; we can turn each bullet into
- . However we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can keep the sentences as list items.
We need to avoid duplication: there are repeated lines? Not obvious.
We'll produce:
