Program Manager, GTM Systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives in GTM systems, including CPQ and compliance processes
• Conduct and facilitate quarterly business reviews for initiative oversight
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
• Act as a translator between technical teams and executive leadership
• Define business outcomes for programs and track success metrics
• Maintain clear documentation and status views of initiatives
• Identify risks and dependencies early and work toward resolution

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in GTM processes such as lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash
• Knowledge of systems like Salesforce and CPQ platforms
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders across functions
• Strong program management skills, including planning and risk management
• Exceptional communication skills, able to switch between technical and executive tones
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
