Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives in GTM systems, including CPQ and compliance processes
- Conduct and facilitate quarterly business reviews for initiative oversight
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
- Act as a translator between technical teams and executive leadership
- Define business outcomes for programs and track success metrics
- Maintain clear documentation and status views of initiatives
- Identify risks and dependencies early and work toward resolution
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in GTM processes such as lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash
- Knowledge of systems like Salesforce and CPQ platforms
- Proven ability to align senior stakeholders across functions
- Strong program management skills, including planning and risk management
- Exceptional communication skills, able to switch between technical and executive tones
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
