We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as a heading (the page already shows it). Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Hourly Pay Range $42.54 - $65.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. - Position: Program Manager, Government Relations - Location: Warrenville, IL - Full Time/Part Time: Full Time - Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm - Required Travel: travel to other locations may be required - "What You Will Do" sections: Government Relations & Advocacy, Program Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Communications, Collaboration & Leadership Support, Policy Monitoring & Analysis. - "What You Will Need": Education, Certification, Experience, Unique or Preferred Skills. - Benefits: list: Opportunity for annual increases based on performance, Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development, Various Medical, Dental, Pet and Vision options, Tuition Reimbursement, Free Parking, Wellness Program Savings Plan, Health Savings Account Options, Retirement Options with Company Match, Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay, Community Involvement Opportunities. - Additional description about Endeavor Health: mission, etc. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO, but it's descriptive about organization. Should we keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The description about Endeavor Health is not boilerplate; it's substantive info about the organization. Likely we should keep it as part of "About the role" or maybe a separate section "About the organization". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put organization description under About the role. We need to decide sections. We have Pay info: hourly pay range. So we need a Pay section. Schedule: Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. So we need a Schedule section. Benefits: we have list. Responsibilities: we have "What You Will Do" with subcategories. Could be a Responsibilities section with bullet points. Requirements: Education, Certification, Experience. Could be Requirements. Qualifications/Skills: Unique or Preferred Skills could be Skills. We need to avoid duplication. Also we have "Position Highlights" with location, full time, hours, travel. Those could be folded into Schedule and maybe a short p for location and travel. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers (none present). We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Pay: "$42.54 - $65.94" plus note about determination. Schedule: "Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm". Also note "Full Time/Part Time: Full Time". Also "Required Travel: travel to other locations may be required". Travel could be part of Schedule or maybe a note. Location: "Warrenville, IL". Could be in About the role. Now responsibilities: list each bullet under categories. We need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

Hourly pay range: $42.54 - $65.94. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

    Now Schedule:

    Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Full-time position. Required travel to other locations may be required.

We should also maybe include location in About the role as we did. Check for duplication: we included location and travel in About the role and also in Schedule. Might be duplication but okay. Could we avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep location and travel info somewhere. We placed location in About the role and travel in Schedule. That's fine. Check for any other substantive info: The description about Endeavor Health mission etc. We omitted that. Should we include? It's substantive about the organization. The instruction says remove boilerplate, but that description is not boilerplate; it's about the organization. Could be considered part of About the role. We could add a paragraph after the role description about Endeavor Health.
