Program Manager, Global ISV Team, Public Sector
We are hiring a Program Manager to help lead complex projects and initiatives in our ISV Sales organization.
About the role
The role will involve managing multiple high-priority projects and initiatives, including events and speaking engagements. As the single-threaded owner for these initiatives, you will:
- Work with finance on annual budget tracking and spend
- Manage our events calendar, coordinate events, handle logistics, and prepare presentations and speaking points
- Communicate project and event status to the leadership team and internal stakeholders
- Liaise across functions to drive projects and clear issues and bottlenecks
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed
This is a high-ownership position where you directly control your destiny. The selected candidate must be a US Citizen.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 3+ years of driving process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Pay
The base salary range for this position varies by location:
- USA, MA: $74,200.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually
- USA, NY, New York: $81,600.00 - $142,800.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington: $74,200.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
