Program Manager, Global ISV Team, Public Sector
About the role
We are hiring a Program Manager to help lead complex projects and initiatives in our ISV Sales organization. The role will involve managing multiple high priority projects and initiatives to include events and speaking engagements.
The incumbent will own the following responsibilities: working with finance on annual budget tracking and spend, managing our events calendar, coordinating events, handling logistics, and preparing presentations and speaking points. They will also communicate to the Leadership team and internal stakeholders on project and event status, liaise across functions to drive projects and clear issues and bottlenecks, and handle ad hoc projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high priority projects and initiatives, including events and speaking engagements
- Work with finance on annual budget tracking and spend
- Manage the events calendar, coordinate events, handle logistics, and prepare presentations and speaking points
- Communicate to the Leadership team and internal stakeholders on project and event status
- Liaise across functions to drive projects and clear issues and bottlenecks
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
