What you’ll own Delivery planning for active programs: milestones, capacity, risk, customer commitments.A trustworthy view of program health, with early escalation and a recommendation attached.Coordination across the environments, quality, expert network and platform teams.Customer-facing status updates and internal post-mortems.The lightweight processes that make the next program easier than the last. What you bring Three or more years running cross-functional delivery in a technical or operations setting.Strong writing and comfort presenting to customers.You can read a quality dashboard and know what to ask.Organised without being bureaucratic. Helpful, not required Services, consulting or data operations experience.Familiarity with model training workflows.
