Program Manager - Ethics Hotline & Investigations

Hormel Foods · Austin, MN · 1 mo ago
On-siteHuman Resources$89k–$125k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About Hormel Foods" description; but we should not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: About Hormel Foods (company description) maybe fits "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a summary of role; we have POSITION SUMMARY. That could be "About the role". Also we have RESPONSIBILITIES section. QUALIFICATIONS includes required and preferred. Could map to Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include based on content. We have: - About Hormel Foods (company overview) maybe not needed but could be part of About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have About the role heading with content from POSITION SUMMARY and maybe company overview? Probably better to put company overview under About the role? But "About the role" is about the role, not company. However we have POSITION SUMMARY describing role. We'll use that. - Responsibilities: we have RESPONSIBILITIES with subcategories; we can list as
  • . - Qualifications: we have QUALIFICATIONS with Required and Preferred. Could be under Qualifications heading. - Benefits: we have description of benefits in "Pay Range & Benefits". So we can have Benefits heading with list. - Pay: we have base hiring pay range $89,000 - $124,700 per year. So Pay heading. - Schedule: we have TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be necessary 20% of the time. That's not schedule but maybe schedule? Not exactly. There's no explicit schedule (full-time, etc). Could omit Schedule section if no specific content. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we should not include Schedule if not present. - Skills: maybe we could extract from qualifications but we already have Qualifications; Skills could be separate but we might not need both. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Skills? But they ask to use headings like Skills if content exists. We have skills mentioned: Strong project management, metrics creation and analytical skills, etc. Could be under Skills. However we already have Qualifications covering required experience etc. Might be redundant. Better to have Qualifications (required/preferred) and maybe Skills separate? But to avoid thin sections, we could omit Skills and include those skill details under Qualifications. However the instruction says use those headings if content exists. It doesn't forbid omitting some. So we can choose to include only About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That seems sufficient. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove boilerplate like equal opportunity statements, etc. Also remove application instructions like "For immediate consideration, send apply online at: www.hormelfoods.com/careers". Also remove EEO statement at end. We must preserve all substantive information: company overview, position summary, responsibilities details, qualifications required/preferred, location, relocation package, travel requirements, pay range, benefits details. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

for each section heading, then content: either

    for prose or

    • for lists. We need to decide how to structure each section. About the role: combine company overview and position summary? Might be two paragraphs: first paragraph about Hormel Foods (company overview), second paragraph about position summary. That's okay. Responsibilities: we have bullet points under three categories: Ethics Hotline Program Management, Case Management and Reporting, Ethics and Compliance Program Support, Continuous Improvement. Each category has multiple bullet points. We could make a
        with each responsibility as
      • . Could also keep subheadings but not required. We'll just list all responsibilities as items. Qualifications: we have Required and Preferred. Could make two
lists under a heading? Or we could have

          for required then

            for list? Simpler: make
              for required, then another
for preferred, each preceded by maybe a

label? But we cannot add extra headings. Could just combine into one list with labels? Might be okay to have

                for "Required:" then

                  . But that adds extra

                  not prohibited. The instruction: Use

for prose. So we can have a

for required qualifications intro then list. Similarly for preferred. Benefits: list of benefits: comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, discretionary annual merit increases, bonuses and profit sharing, 401(k) with employer match, stock purchase plan, paid vacation, FREE two-year community/technical college tuition for children of employees, and more. Also relocation package mentioned earlier: "LOCATION: Austin, MN – a comprehensive relocation package will be provided if not already in the vicinity." That could be part of Benefits or maybe separate. We'll include relocation package under Benefits. Pay: base hiring pay range $89,000 - $124,700 per year. Also mention that base pay determined within range based on factors. We'll include that. We must not include "Pay Range & Benefits" heading; we have separate Pay and Benefits. We must not include Schedule. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:
