Program Manager/ESA Reviewer
Position Summary
EBI is seeking a full-time Program Manager/ESA Reviewer to conduct due diligence services. The successful candidate will conduct quality control reviews of technical report deliverables including, but not limited to, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Transaction Screen Assessments (TSAs), Regulatory Database Search Reports and/or Record Search Risk Assessments (RSRAs). In addition, client management of technical assessment outcomes is a primary responsibility of this position, including routine communication and consulting with internal and external clientele.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Complete QC reviews of technical report deliverables
- Communication of outcomes with internal and external clientele
- Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation (draft/final reports, etc)
- Travel on short notice (one week or less) will be required at times
Qualifications And Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in environmental science, engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting
- Must meet ASTM E1527 qualifications as an Environmental Professional (EP)
- Asbestos Inspector and Lead Inspector Certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Organized, with the ability to work on several projects concurrently
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person, as well as phone and email
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Ability to travel to remote locations by means of all modes of transportation
