Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership, End to End
• Build and maintain master program schedules (Gantt-based)
• Run the cadence: daily/weekly program stand-ups, cross-functional syncs, and executive-level status reporting
• Cross-Functional Orchestration
• Translate design changes into real operational impact
• Identify the critical path continuously, re-sequence and re-prioritize as risks emerge
• Escalate early and precisely
• Execution & Timeline Management
• Drive material readiness, procurement PO status, and production slotting toward the customer commit date
• Own risk management for the program
• Customer & Stakeholder Management
• Interface directly with customers on program status
• Represent the program to executive leadership
• Negotiation & Influence
• Negotiate priority, resources, and trade-offs across functions

Requirements

• Automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment
• Direct exposure to hardware NPI or high-mix, high-complexity production environments
• Track record of owning complex, multi-function programs end to end
• Strong technical fluency
• Demonstrated ability to build and run master program schedules
• Strong negotiation skills
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Comfortable operating with imperfect information
• Willingness to travel internationally
