The Program Manager leads complex, multi-year, cross-functional programs that advance strategic business objectives. This role supports business objectives by managing programs across product development, operational excellence, process improvement, and enterprise-wide initiatives. The Program Manager ensures success through disciplined planning, program alignment, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication. This hybrid role requires being onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin for 2–3 days each week. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Business from an accredited program.
- MBA preferred.
- 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in product development, project management, or program management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex global programs with multimillion-dollar budgets.
- Prominent success influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong skills in risk management, portfolio planning, strategic decision-making, and communication.
- PMP certification preferred.
