Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related technical field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, 7+ in a Project Management position.
- Experience leading in a large team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- PMP Preferred or the ability to obtain PMP within 12 months of employment.
- Experience in engineering and design of high voltage (69-500kV) transmission lines using PLS-CADD.
- Knowledge of conducting analysis to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate various processes and project management activities.
- Ensure projects include all required scope and only the required scope to successfully complete a project per the contract.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control the timely completion of projects within assigned scope of work per the agreed-upon and contractual schedule.
- Understand and manage interdependencies for all tasks on a project.
- Estimate, budget, verify funding, manage, monitor, and control costs according to the approved budget on mid to large-sized projects.
- Manage work to align with quality policies, procedures, objectives, and standards to meet both Campos EPC and client expectations within contract terms.
- Analyze, estimate, and recommend required resources and competencies to the project teams.
- Ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and ultimate disposition of project information on mid to large size projects.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost, including internal and client changes.
- Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling risk on mid to large size projects.
- Identify, estimate, purchase, or acquire products, services, or results needed from outside the project team, including writing and managing Requests For Proposal events on mid to large size projects.
- Identify, analyze, and develop strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution.
