About the role
Meta is hiring a full-time Program Manager for Domains and Off-Platform Enforcement. You will safeguard the company's brand and digital assets globally, designing and executing strategies to identify and address emerging threats across off-platform digital channels. You will lead long and short-term strategic planning initiatives and work cross-functionally with business, security, and legal teams to drive high-impact alignment across complex, time-sensitive environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global brand protection strategies, managing a comprehensive portfolio spanning social media, domains, paid search, marketplaces, and mobile applications
- Serve as a liaison for Internal Meta teams on brand protection matters
- Analyze trend data to identify emerging threats and optimize enforcement strategies
- Coordinate cross-functionally with business teams, security, integrity, and other stakeholders to align enforcement efforts
- Manage and collaborate with external brand protection vendors on enforcement actions
- Support anti-abuse partnerships externally
- Lead on AI solutions within the Domain Name System
- Develop competencies for case management tooling and predictive modeling
- Manage critical domain name management tasks and registrar operations, maintaining security and stability standards for the company's domain portfolio
- Support UDRP and Litigation matters, coordinating with outside law firms as needed
- Prepare and deliver high-quality, executive-level communications and reports on team performance, strategy, and critical issues
- Create and maintain process and protocol documentation to maximize user adoption and educate relevant stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with brand protection and/or project management
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, administration, and budgets
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Experience preparing and delivering written and verbal communications to executive stakeholders, including status reports, strategy proposals, and escalation summaries
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Proven experience managing global brand protection programs, covering social media, domains, paid search, marketplaces, and mobile apps
- 5+ years of experience with Domain Name Management, Registrar operations and/or ICANN operations
- Experience working with a large, global tech company
- Experience with Trademark and Intellectual Property law
- Familiarity with UDRP and other online dispute resolution mechanisms or litigation processes
- Experience managing cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
Pay
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location, with a salary range of $152,000/year to $218,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
