Program Manager - Developmental Disabilities Services

About the role

The Program Manager position at Eliot is dedicated to assisting with the provision of high-quality programming to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through a person-centered continuum of services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation and overall service delivery of the residential program.
• Cookordinate and oversee all case management related services for individuals in the program.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, discipline and supervise program staff to include regular individual supervision and monthly staff meetings.
• Oversee client programming/documentation, including the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISP) and behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and three years related experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults.
• Ability to provide supervision and leadership to staff.
• Ability to establish supportive relationships with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury and commitment to their individual preferences for treatment.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work and for the transportation of clients to and from appointments and activities as needed.

Pay

Annual Salary: $60,000 USD - $65,000 USD

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
