Patient-Centered Leadership
Foster a welcoming and positive culture focused on quality patient outcomes and staff retention.
Clinical Supervision
- Conduct regular, scheduled individual supervision meetings with counselors
- Conduct team meetings
- Document progress and outcomes
Staff Development
- Train new clinical and support staff
- Provide performance evaluations
- Identify professional development needs
Data and Productivity Management
- Monitor clinic performance metrics
- Address areas of improvement
- Drive staff accountability for results
Clinical Documentation
- Oversee and sign off on essential clinical documentation
- Including treatment plans, assessments, admissions, discharges, and continued stay reviews
Crisis Intervention
- Advocate for patients by addressing emergency situations
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for effective care
Direct Patient Care
- Manage a partial caseload as needed
- Conduct assessments
- Coincide care with other health professionals
- Review patient progress against treatment goals
Scheduling and Staffing
- Participate in hiring decisions
- Recommend staff discharges
- Build a cohesive, high-performing team
Work Location and Schedule
484 Lee St., Des Plaines, IL
Monday thru Friday 6:15am - 2:45pm
Rotating Saturdays 7:30am - 10:00am
Pay Rate
$60,000 - $65,000

Required Experience
- A bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- State of Illinois Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC)
