Program Manager - Day Treatment

Responsibilities

• Sets and implements directives from Executive Director and Senior Management Team.
• Ensures employees adhere to Director’s goals and agency policies, and individual person-centered plans.
• Represents agency leadership, ensuring consistency across all operational hours; oversees all program aspects through staff interventions.
• Develops and implements services as needed.
• Prepares daily schedules and coordinates activities to maintain required ratios, clinical models, and service quality.
• Develops, implements, and monitors Person-Centered Plans, coordinating with external professionals and community resources for admissions and discharges.
• Follows up on restraints or seclusions with staff debriefings and completes necessary forms.
• Maintains availability of a supervisor during business hours and “first responder” coverage 24/7.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in child/adolescent mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
• Education requirements for Qualified Professional (QP).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid Driver’s License.
