Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of third-party data source onboarding and integration projects from intake through production deployment.
- Partner with clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define implementation plans.
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of data source initiatives, enhancements, and defect remediation efforts.
- Cookordination resolution of technical issues impacting client implementations and ongoing support activities.
- Analyze data discrepancies and collaborate with technical teams to determine appropriate solutions.
- Utilize data analysis and SQL-based investigations to validate data mappings, troubleshoot integration issues, and support implementation activities.
- Track project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate project updates, technical issues, and resolution plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Support KPI achievement related to project delivery, resource allocation, onboarding timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience managing technical products, integrations, implementations, or client-facing technology projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data integration concepts, APIs, interfaces, or ETL processes.
- Experience utilizing SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, or validation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
